Subscriptions, Renewals, Pauses, and Cancellations

Masa Mail subscriptions are recurring and automatically renew according to the billing frequency and price shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Masa Mail to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you selected.

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee through the subscription-management link included in your order confirmation or subscription emails. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not cancel or refund any mailer that has already been paid for, entered production, been packed, or shipped.

When available, subscriptions may be paused through the subscription-management page. While a subscription is paused, no new subscription charges or shipments will be processed until the subscription is resumed.

You are responsible for keeping your shipping address, billing information, and payment method current. Changes must be made before the upcoming mailer enters processing. Changes submitted after processing has begun may not apply until the following billing cycle.

Prepaid subscriptions remain active for the full prepaid term. Cancelling a prepaid subscription prevents automatic renewal after the prepaid term ends but does not automatically provide a refund for remaining deliveries, except where required by applicable law.

Once a Masa Mail delivery has been printed, packed, or handed over to the postal service, it cannot be recalled, redirected, or cancelled.
